Fee Schedule
1. Privately paying patients (including those with extended health benefits)
- Initial Assessment: $70.00
- Follow up appointment: $55.00
2. Patients covered by ICBC or WCB
- ICBC: For patients with an approved claim and valid claim number, a $25.00 user fee is charged (the remainder of the fee is covered by ICBC). Claim number, adjuster name and telephone number must be presented upon booking your first physiotherapy appointment.
- WCB: Claim number and supporting documentation must be presented upon booking your first physiotherapy appointment. If your claim has been accepted by Worksafe Bc, there is no User Fee.
**Prior to your ICBC or WCB claim being approved, you will be charged as a privately paying patient (see above fees). Once your claim has been approved, you will be reimbursed as necessary.
2. Patients on Premium Assistance
There will be a $25.00 user fee for each treatment (the remaining fee is billed directly to MSP).
3. No Show Fees:
If cannot attend your scheduled appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. If you miss your appointment without cancelling, you must pay a no show fee before any further treatment will be provided. No show fees are $70 for missed initial assessments, and $55 for missed follow up appointments. This fees apply for all patients, including WCB and ICBC, and will not be covered by your insurance.
