Fee Schedule

Sitka Physio & Wellness offers 1-on-1 physiotherapy services, 1-on-1 pilates, yoga and personal training, as well as group pilates and yoga classes.

Clinic Pricing: 1-on-1 Services

Physiotherapy:   Initial Assessment (New injury); 40 min 1-on-1 time = $80
Follow-Up Visit (Same Injury); 20 min 1-on-1 time = $60
ICBC (Once approval verified); 40 min 1-on-1 ass’t, 20 min 1-on-1 follow-up = $30 user fee
WCB (Once approval verified); 40 min 1-on-1 ass’t, 20 min 1-on-1 follow-up = No user fee

Pilates (1-on-1):   $90 per one-hour session*
$80 per one-hour session if bought as a package of 10*
$70 per one-hour session if bought as a package of 20*

$80 per one-hour session if bought as a package of 10*

Studio Pricing: Group Services

Pre-Registered:   50 Minutes Classes: One class, 8 sessions, $96*
25 Minutes Classes: One class, 8 sessions, $48*
Drop-In:    50 Minutes Classes: $15/session, 25 Minutes Classes: $7/session*
50 Minutes Classes are $13.50/session if bought as a pre-paid 10-Punch Pass, can be used for any combination of classes***

Additional Fee / Payment Details for Physiotherapy Patients

1. Privately paying patients (including those with extended health benefits)

  • Initial Assessment: $80
  • Follow-Up Appointment: $60

2. Patients covered by ICBC or WCB **

  • ICBC: For patients with an approved claim and valid claim number, a $30 user fee is charged (the remainder of the fee is covered by ICBC). Claim number, adjuster name and telephone number must be presented upon booking your first physiotherapy appointment.
  • WCB: Claim number and supporting documentation must be presented upon booking your first physiotherapy appointment. If your claim has been accepted by Worksafe BC, there is no User Fee.

Prior to your ICBC or WCB claim being approved, you will be charged as a privately paying patient (see above fees). Once your claim has been approved, you will be reimbursed as necessary.

3. Patients on Premium Assistance **
There will be a $30 user fee for each treatment (the remaining fee is billed directly to MSP).

4. No Show Fees:
If cannot attend your scheduled appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. If you miss your appointment without cancelling, you must pay a no show fee before any further treatment will be provided. No show fees are $80 for missed initial assessments, and $60 for missed follow up appointments. This fees apply for all patients, including WCB and ICBC, and will not be covered by your insurance.

You must make our receptionists aware of your insurance status (whether ICBC, WCB, or MSP) when making your initial booking. If you are unsure of your insurance coverage status, please feel free to ask one of our receptionists or your physiotherapist regarding your situation. We will endeavor to make this as smooth as possible for you, and answer your questions to the best of our abilities.
