Initial Assessment: $70.00
Follow up appointment: $55.00
- Patients covered by ICBC or WCB
No Change From Old System
- WCB: NO Fee is charged with
a written approval and claim number from WCB,
any fees charged prior to this will then be reimbursed.
- ICBC: For patients with an APPROVED
claim and valid claim number, the same $25.00
"user" fee is charged (the remainder
of the fee is covered by ICBC).
- Patients on Premium Assistance
There will be only a $25.00 "user" fee
for each treatment.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you are unsure of your status, please feel free
to ask the front desk or your physiotherapist regarding
your situation. We will endeavor to make this as smooth as possible for you, and answer your questions
to the best of our abilities.
** Your physiotherapist also has information on
Blue Cross "extended" benefits if your
are not covered under any other plan at this time.
