Group Fitness Classes

We are now are offering a variety of small Pilates and Yoga classes in our new studio at Sitka Physio
& Wellness. Classes have a maximum of 10 students per class to accommodate supportive and specific
feedback from our highly skilled instructors. Classes are generally 50 minutes in length to facilitate fitting
them in to your busy schedule.
We offer 3 different pricing options: 8 weeks of continuous pre-registered classes at $12+tax each, starting
January 9th. If you want to join the class mid-session, if there is
space, the price can be pro-rated.
One can also purchase a 10 class punch card and choose your own dates and classes at $13.50 + tax
each. Punch cards have a 3 month expiry. Please note, 10-punch cards are available to be used for any
combination of classes. Reserve your spot early to avoid disappointment (punch-card holders may reserve
spot prior to the morning of a class).
If you prefer, Drop-In is available for all classes at $15+tax (unless they are sold-out). Please call the studio
(604-558-2222) to reserve your Drop-In spot on the day of class. Reservations will be taken from 8am. The
number of remaining spots in each class is tweeted until 15 minutes before the start of class.
For 25 minute Body rolling classes, 8 weeks continuous pre-registered classes are $6+tax each (one missed
class may be made up). Drop-in is available at $7+tax (phone morning of to secure your place)

Simply navigate to the correct month, and click on the class you are interested in attending. A description
of the class and the name of the instructor will be visible.
